UDRP Evidence Package

Generate a WIPO-formatted evidence bundle for domain name disputes

What is a UDRP Complaint?

The Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) is the process for resolving disputes over domain names that may infringe on trademarks. Complaints are filed through WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) or other approved dispute resolution providers. A complainant must demonstrate that the domain is identical or confusingly similar to their trademark, the registrant has no legitimate interest in the domain, and the domain was registered and is being used in bad faith.

What Evidence Do WIPO Panels Need?

  • Website screenshots showing how the disputed domain is being used - with timestamps proving when the evidence was collected
  • WHOIS records showing the domain registration details and registrant information
  • DNS records documenting the technical configuration of the domain
  • Cryptographic proof that the evidence has not been tampered with - SHA-256 hashes and RFC 3161 timestamps from a trusted authority
